Wang
Chaohao was born in 1986. In 2002, he graduated from Shanghai
Foreign Language Middle School and joined Shanghai High
School with a concentration in mathematics. He started to
learn about computers in |
| primary school and
won many awards in that area. In 9th grade, he won First Prize
and Third Prize in Shanghai Middle SchoolĄ¯s Third Computer
Design Competition. Wang Chaohao also won first place in the
"West Group Cut" Youth Computer Operation Competition.
He has set his goals to participate for the Intel ISEF competition,
otherwise known as "the middle school computer Olympics".
With the guidance of his mentor, he has decided to take on
an ambitious research project in water preservation in Shanghai.

2003, this project won the First Prize in the 18th Shanghai
Intel Youth Science and Technology Creative Essay Competition
and was advanced to complete in the national competition.
Intel, Kodak, Shanghai Transportation University, and East
China Normal University sponsored |

| Wang Chaohao in this
competition. Although he is still a teenager, he has the potential
to become very successful in the near future. In the coming
years, he wants to fulfill his dream of competing in the Intel
ISEF competition. Wang Chaohao hopes that his efforts in water
preservation will make Shanghai more beautiful than ever before. |
