The
teaching quality at Shanghai High School has reached the
top level in the past decades in Shanghai. Ninety-five percent
of the graduates from the Local Division have entered key
universities. Over 97% graduates have entered key universites
of China recent years. In 2006, the percentage of entering
key universities reached 99%. Over 65% of the graduates
have entered either Beijing University, Tsinghua University,
Fudan University or Jiaotong University.
100% SHSID graduates who applied
for American universities have gained entrance.In 2005,
37.5% graduates entered top 20 universities in the US. Of
those applying for Chinese universities 100% have gained
entrance, 90% have entered top universities,such as Beijing
Uni., Tsinghua Uni. Fudan Uni. and Jiaotong Uni.
