Pudong Grade 5: Lantern Riddle Contest

It is a Chinese tradition to hold a riddle competition at Lantern Festival. During the CAS class on March 1st, Grade 5 students from SHSID’s Pudong campus held a Lantern Riddles competition. There were altogether about 100 riddles, ranging from easy questions to some really tough riddles involving Chinese characters. Our kids were so smart that they figured out the answers to about 90% of all the riddles in one period.

Eating sticky rice balls is not only a tradition of the festival…it’s also a must for our students! The kids enjoyed a nice serving of them after riddle-time was over.

The whole day will be very great memory for all the students.
